BU.MI was built around a question: what if a space was designed not just to look beautiful - but to make you feel something?
BU.MI is architecturally conceived around the four classical elements - earth, water, fire, and air. Each one shapes a part of the space: its materials, its light, its energy. But the design is intentionally incomplete. Because the fifth element - the one that brings it all to life - is you.
The food travels the world and comes home to Kerala. The drinks are crafted with the same precision as the architecture. And the experience shifts with every visit. An outdoor garden under a canopy of trees, arched niches carved for two, a private room built for the kind of evening that deserves a door. BU.MI opened in October 2025 as Trivandrum's first experiential restobar built at this level of architectural and culinary intention. Since then, it has become many things to many people and never quite the same place twice.

No two visits are alike. Our menu evolves with the seasons, our spaces shift with the mood - from a sunlit midday escape to an atmospheric evening restobar. Every detail, from the plating to the playlist, is chosen with intention.
