BU.MI was built around a simple question: what if a space was designed not just to look beautiful, but to make you feel something? Inspired by the four classical elements— earth, water, fire and air—every corner has been crafted with intention. The final element is you, bringing the space to life through every gathering, conversation and celebration.
Our menu travels the world and returns home to Kerala, while our cocktail programme is approached with the same creativity and precision as our kitchen. Every visit feels different, yet unmistakably BU.MI.

BU.MI opened in October 2025 as Trivandrum's first experiential restobar built at this level of architectural and culinary intention. Since then, it has become many things to many people and never quite the same place twice.
