Who We Are
A space that took years to imagine, and takes one visit to understand.
Our Mission
Trivandrum has always had places to eat. What it did not
have was a place designed around the full arc of an evening,
where the space itself is as considered as the food and
the bar is held to the same standard as the kitchen.
BU.MI was built to change that through experiences that
are unhurried, immersive and genuinely worth remembering.
Our Vision
To shape a culture of memorable food and drink moments in
Trivandrum through a space that holds every kind of gathering
with the same elegance. A quiet brunch, an intimate dinner,
